This is a probate property, currently a 2 bedroom flat undergoing refurbishment. It will be converted into a luxurious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom.

This flat was a repossession and in need of modernisation. This is a ground and lower ground flat with direct views over Hyde Park and outside space. The flat is 1800 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
The Collaborative London is currently refurbishing this property.
St James Close, St John's Wood
This flat is a 4-bedroom luxurious flat in need of modernisation. The flat will be refurbished, interior designed and ready to go back on the market in Summer of 2021.

This is a 2-bedroom flat purchased directly from the freeholders of the apartment block. it will be refurbished and ready for sale in Summer 2021.
The Quadrangle Tower, Marble Arch
A full refurbishment of this flat is being carried out, including full interior design.
